What is a conventional refinery process?
The conventional refinery process consists of two units : (1) Refinery unit: CPO is fed into physical process for degumming and bleaching. Oil is next passed to the deodorizer to remove the odorous substances and eliminate free fatty acids using steam distillation under conditions of high temperature and vacuum.
