Cotton Seed Oil Refinery consists of the following process steps: The crude oil is pumped to the Neutralizer from the storage tank. In Neutralizer the oil is heated up to 60-70 degree C by means of the live and indirect steam provided in to the Neutralizer.

In this case the Oil will be given two times caustic treatment to get the required quality of the refined oil. Crude oils will be treated with food grade phosphoric acid before giving custic treatment or Neutralization process.
